about KOYO

The Joy of Presence, Crafted to Surprise and Delight

Koyo draws its name and spirit from “Kouyou” – the changing colours of autumn leaves. Here, seasonality is not merely an inspiration, but a philosophy. In an intimate setting of just 11 seats, Koyo offers a journey through nature’s shifting rhythms, shaped by the Japanese art of omotenashi. Each course captures a quiet harmony between tradition and innovation, brought to life through the freshest ingredients and the chef’s masterful touch.

Seasonal Expressions

Koyo’s omakase menu is crafted fresh every day, with every dish selected by Chef Hokari Kazuto based on the finest ingredients available at that moment. No two evenings are the same, as the experience evolves with the rhythm of nature and the chef’s intuition. The drink list includes a curated selection of sakes, thoughtfully chosen by our sommeliers to complement the experience. 10% service charge will be added for your convenience.
